The T&C's listed below apply to the sale and purchase of goods between you and Holton Raw Ltd. They do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer. By ordering from Holton Raw Ltd you are accepting these terms and conditions. It remains the responsibility of the customer to be familiar with the terms and conditions prior to placing an order as they can be amended without prior notification.

Shipping and Delivery

What You Need to Know

We offer local delivery the following postcodes LN7, LN8 2, LN8 3, LN8 6, LN8 9, DN20, DN31, DN32, DN33, DN34, DN35, DN36, DN37, DN38, DN39, DN40, DN41 and DN42. A delivery charge of £3.50 will be added for orders under £10. If you are just outside any of these postcodes please contact us as we may be able to add you onto an existing delivery run. Treats and supplements can be posted to UK addresses for £3.95 under 2kg. Frozen products cannot be posted.

We deliver Monday & Fridays. Delivery day and approximate times will be arranged prior to delivery, let us know in the notes if you have a preference. Frozen food must be accepted in person and checked, prior to delivery person leaving. Frozen products cannot be left.

Refunds and Returns

Unfortunately frozen products cannot be returned unless faulty. Other goods may be returned within 14 days of purchased if in original unopened state.

Pricing and Availability

Orders are subject to our approval and product availability. The prices of products on our website are correct at the time of publication. we reserve the right to change prices on our website without prior notification.

We will try to ensure prices on our website are accurate. Occasionally errors may occur and you will be informed asap. You can then chose to cancel your order and given a full refund or re-order at the correct price.

If your order cannot be fulfilled immediately you will be informed via phone. Holton Raw Ltd reserve the right to cancel your order if it cannot be fulfilled.
